I need help to manage a disorder

I am sepideh, I am happy to have this situation to contact you.
dear friend, I feel unable.... i feel nothing to do . I need your help.
I have a boyfriend with schizophrenia, he takes rivotril, abilify and clozapine..... I know he needs to take medicines but I also know that this medicines make him worse (reducing The diameter of cortex, because im researcher on neuroscience)

the medicines dont work very well so he needs to increase the dose, but, I am sure you can help us to manage his disorder.

according to my passed psychology courses in university, I know he needs to solve some problem, for example :

he has some very bad moment entitled " crisis " in fact, I believe he calls it like that, because he can't control that situation . he's always scared, he often avoid hard situation by taking more and more medicines........ in fact he doesn't know what to do at that moment and unfortunately, I dont know what to do..... I feel unable....

about cognitive situation : his memory is very good but he has no problem solving
he has very dependent personality ! but, I think, we can change his life to the better one !
